James Hoeland

James Hoeland is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at EQT Exeter, overseeing acquisitions and portfolio management for Asia Pacific logistics vehicles since 2021. Previously, James served as a Portfolio Manager at EQT Exeter from 2016 to 2020, focusing on U.S. capital deployment and investor reporting. Prior experience includes roles as Acquisitions Officer at Exeter Property Group, Summer Associate at The Blackstone Group, and Manager of Corporate Development at Shui On Land, where substantial development site acquisitions in China were achieved. James began a career in auditing with Deloitte, following a robust educational background that includes an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Columbia Business School and an AB (magna cum laude) in Economics, Finance, and Chinese from Princeton University.
