Niko Gedaze MRICS has a strong background in the German and Austrian property markets, with experience in investment, leasing, asset management, and development. Niko'smost recent role as a Senior Director at EQT Exeter focuses on acquisitions, leasing, and development of projects in Germany and Austria. Prior to that, they worked as a Development Manager at SEGRO plc, where they were responsible for large warehouse schemes in Germany and Austria. Niko also served as the European Development Director at Verdion, where they handled various functions including sourcing, negotiating, implementing, and managing development and investment projects across Europe. Before that, they worked as the Director of Business Development at Helios Properties PLC (now Verdion), and as a Surveyor at King Sturge (now JLL), where they generated new business in Central Europe for international commercial property funds. Niko is fluent in German, English, Russian, and Georgian.

Niko Gedaze MRICS pursued a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management from the University of Reading, completing their studies from 2007 to 2011. Prior to this, they attended WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from 2002 to 2006, studying International Business Administration without obtaining a degree. They completed their A-Levels in Mathematics (advanced), Physics (advanced), English, and German from BORG Monsbergergasse from 1996 to 2001. They also achieved GCSEs from NMS Strassgang between 1993 and 1995. In July 2012, Niko Gedaze became a member of the Royal Institution for Chartered Surveyors (RICS), recognizing their expertise in the field.
