Tom Meehan

Tom Meehan has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Tom is currently serving as the Portfolio Manager & Head of Asset Management at EQT Exeter since September 2018. Before joining EQT Exeter, they worked as the Senior Vice President at DCT Industrial for a duration of 10 years from October 2008 to August 2018. Prior to that, Tom held the role of Vice President - Asset Management at Cornerstone Real Estate Funds from June 2007 to October 2008. Tom started their career at ProLogis as the Vice President - Regional Financial Manager, where they worked from June 2000 to June 2007.

Tom Meehan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago, where they studied from 1997 to 1999.
