Axel Wernbro is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory and compliance matters. Currently serving as the Regulatory & Compliance Director at EQT Group since October 2020, Axel previously held the role of Senior Legal Counsel at Danske Bank from May 2016 to September 2020. Axel also contributed as an Associate at Roschier, Attorneys Ltd. in the Banking & Debt Capital Markets practice from September 2014 to April 2016. Axel holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Lund University, obtained in 2014, and completed an exchange program in Law at Suffolk University Law School between 2012 and 2013.
