Tinna C. Nielsen

Tinna C. Nielsen is a prominent leader in social and human sustainability, currently serving as the Transformation Lead for Social & Human Sustainability at EQT Group since May 2022, where the focus is on diversity, equity, inclusion, and human rights. Tinna co-founded Inclusion Nudges, a global initiative aimed at fostering inclusion through behavioral design and nudging, and co-authored several influential guides on the topic. Recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2015, Tinna is involved in various capacities such as an Expert on behavioral science and gender parity, and has contributed significantly to initiatives with the United Nations and other organizations advocating for inclusiveness. Tinna has held academic positions, including an external lecturer in Applied Anthropology at the University of Copenhagen, and has an extensive educational background with degrees in anthropology, psychology, and social sciences from prestigious institutions.
