Kelly Coppadge has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Kelly started their career as a Shift Supervisor at CVS Pharmacy in 2004 and later worked as a Room Hostess at The Lobster House. In 2007, they joined Jazzman's Café as a Barista and Campus Marketing employee until 2010. Additionally, they served as a Marketing Intern at Mansfield University Pepsi from 2008 to 2009.
In 2010, Kelly joined Lighthouse Cafe as a Server and also took on the role of volunteer promotions coordinator. Kelly later worked as a Document Specialist at Percheron, LLC, where they collaborated with townships and PennDot districts to secure roadway agreements.
From 2012 to 2017, Kelly worked at Anadarko Petroleum as an Operations Specialist II, supporting field foremen and managing roadway agreements and permits. Following this, they joined Alta Resources, L.L.C. in 2017 as a Community Relations Specialist, responsible for community relations, philanthropy, and local public affairs. Kelly also had additional responsibilities in graphic design, event coordination, employee engagement, and content production for the company's intranet.
Currently, Kelly is employed at EQT Corporation as a Local Government & Community Affairs Specialist since July 2021. In this role, they act as the main point of contact for local stakeholders and manages charitable giving programs and political issues to ensure smooth operations for the company in northcentral Pennsylvania.
Kelly Coppadge obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication and Public Relations from Mansfield University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained the following certifications:
- I-300 Intermediate ICS (ICS for expanding Incidents) from Stephen G Kastensmidt, Lead Director FEMA, USDA, NWCG in February 2013.
- Planning to Manage Secondary Impacts of Natural Gas Development (PSATS) from PSATS and the Gov's Center for Local Gov Services, Dept. of Community & Economics Development in October 2011.
- PEC Basic-SafeGulf/SafeLand Orientation from PEC Premier, Robert Watkins in July 2011.
