Kristin Kearns

Kristin Kearns is a legal and industry professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as a Unit Development Agent IV at EQT Corporation since November 2017, Kristin demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the oil and gas processes, ensuring compliance with contract provisions and state regulations. Previous roles include Title Specialist, Landman at Rice Energy, and Oil and Gas Attorney at Larkspur Land Group, LLC. Kristin also contributed to the West Virginia Innocence Project as a Student Attorney and Policy Advocate, where a significant bill was authored to mandate electronic recording of police questioning for felony suspects.
