Praveen Bansal

Praveen Bansal has extensive experience in the Information Technology field. Praveen began their career as a Software Faculty at NIIT in Ghaziabad in July 1996. Praveen then worked as a Trainee (EDP) at Shriram Pistons & Rings Ltd. in Ghaziabad from May 1997 to December 1997. Following this, they were a Senior Engineer (IT) at Ester Industries Ltd. in Udham Singh Nagar from April 1998 to July 2000. Praveen then worked as an Executive (IT) at Hero Motors in Ghaziabad from August 2000 to April 2004.

In 2004, Praveen joined Mahindra Satyam as a Service Delivery Manager. During their time there, they managed a portfolio of about 45 applications in BP US FVC area, providing 24x7 SLA driven support. Praveen also worked as a Techno-Functional resource in SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) and was responsible for creating Oracle PL/SQL programs, handling user queries in Logistics and Sales modules.

In 2009, Praveen moved to Wipro Technologies, where they worked as a Project Manager. While there, they managed a portfolio of about 45 critical applications in BP (British Petroleum) US FVC area providing 24x7 SLA driven support. Praveen also contributed to enhancing BMC Remedy (ITIL compliant CRM tool) and coordinated transitioning of projects from Mahindra Satyam to Wipro Technologies.

In 2011, Praveen joined VSoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Specialist - Project Management. During their time there, they managed CoreSoft Support and Maintenance for Carter Bank & Trust, delivered many enhancement projects in Java / Oracle technology stack, and managed the Loans part of development of banking product for US clients.

In 2014, Praveen moved to DigiGrapes Technologies, where they worked as a Sr Manager - Program Management & Customer Delight. During their time there, they managed the delivery from inception to market of product Jeevom, a SaaS product available as web and mobile applications to manage all healthcare needs.

In 2017, Praveen joined NITS Solutions as a Project Manager and Handy Training Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Team Leader - Project Delivery and Operations. In 2018, they joined PureSoftware Ltd. as a Manager - Projects.

In 2019, Praveen joined Midland Credit Management, an Encore Capital Group Company, as a Senior Manager - Information Technology. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Equabli, Inc. as a Senior Manager - Information Technology. At Equabli, they are tackling the delinquency and default stages of the consumer credit lifecycle and is using intelligent tools and technologies to simplify and streamline the debt recovery process and optimize outcomes for both lenders and borrowers.

Praveen Bansal has a comprehensive educational background. Praveen obtained their 10th and 12th degrees from Central School - CBSE Board, Guntur (AP) in 1988 and 1990 respectively, with a field of study in PCM. Praveen then went on to receive a B.Tech. in Computer Science from the Institute of Engineering & Technology, Lucknow (A UP Govt Engg College) between 1992 and 1996. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in May 2014, a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in March 2014, and an ITIL Intermediate Certificate in Service Operation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in March 2014.
