The board of directors at Equabli has a history of experience in finance, risk management, statistics, and accounting. They have also been involved with various companies in the fields of credit and banking. Some of their previous experiences include being a board member at Mission Lane, Harris & Harris, and Jump Start Finance. They have also co-founded and been the Chief Analytics Officer at Jump Start Finance, as well as being the Vice President, Credit Risk and Research at Encore Capital Group. In addition, they have also been an adjunct faculty member at San Diego State University and a partner at both Merak Ventures and growX ventures.
