Becky Smith

Becky Smith has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Becky started their career as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant at Tiro Partners Ltd in 2013, where they focused on sourcing IT management and technical needs. Becky then worked as a Junior Technical Project Manager at Red Snapper Limited from 2014 to 2015, where they engaged with clients and fulfilled their needs in the e-commerce and website portfolio.

In 2016, Becky joined Equal Experts as a Resource Manager and later became a People Manager, contributing to the company's end-to-end services in software development and delivery. Becky also worked as a VP Product Engagement - Interim, supporting the growth of the Equal Experts team in Berlin and handling recruitment and resourcing for various roles.

Becky gained additional experience as an Associate Teams Partner - Contract at Sullivan & Stanley in 2020, where they helped companies tackle challenges related to change management. Becky also served as a Publican at The Mermaid Inn, a traditional pub and restaurant, and as a Community Lead and Consultant at Equal Experts.

In addition to their employment history, Becky founded their own company called Bek Consulting Limited in 2019, where they held the position of Director. Becky'sresponsibilities included growing and leading technical recruitment teams, defining and delivering resourcing strategies, and managing the recruitment lifecycle process.

Becky Smith attended The Kings School Canterbury from 2001 to 2006, but it is unknown whether they obtained a degree or studied any specific field during that time. Becky then pursued their higher education at Oxford Brookes University from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing Management.
