Harvi Khaira

Harvi Khaira is an experienced technical leader and software developer with a strong background in consulting, currently serving as a Technical Lead at John Lewis Partnership since August 2024. With extensive professional experience through Equal Experts, which began in October 2017, Harvi has held various roles, including Senior Software Engineer for John Lewis Partnership and Waitrose & Partners. Prior experience includes positions at HM Passport Office, the Department for Work and Pensions, Clear Channel International, QMetric Group Limited, O2, and PA Consulting Group. Harvi holds a Master’s degree in Computer Security & Resilience and a Bachelor's degree in Computing Science, both from Newcastle University, along with A-Levels in Computing, Biology, and Chemistry from St Aidans Sixth Form.
