Kimberly Failla has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kimberly is currently working as a People Manager at Equal Experts, a global network of technology consultants specializing in digital delivery. In this role, Kimberly is responsible for working with clients to embed modern delivery practices and ensure long-term innovation.
Prior to their current role, Kimberly worked as a Technical Recruiter at Swoon, an award-winning staffing agency. Here, they were involved in the innovative recruitment method that resulted in placing top talent with Fortune 1000 companies in the United States and Canada.

Earlier in their career, Kimberly worked at Capital One, where they served as an Operations Manager from 2014 to 2016. In this role, they trained and supervised a team of tellers, streamlined internal operations, and maintained quality customer service standards. Prior to that, they were a Relationship Banker from 2013 to 2014.

Kimberly Failla completed their Bachelor's degree in Technical Management/Healthcare Management from DeVry University in 2021.
