Paul Brabban is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development, data engineering, and technical consulting. Currently serving as a Lead Consultant at Equal Experts since November 2018, Paul specializes in search relevance engineering for a major UK retailer and has held various technical roles, including tech lead in a civil service environment. With a background as Director at Tempered Works Ltd and prior positions at multiple organizations, including Sky Betting & Gaming as a Principal Engineer and HSBC Global Banking and Markets as a Senior Development Specialist, Paul has effectively led and contributed to projects involving cloud-native services, data warehousing, and backend development using a range of technologies.
