Bill Malloy

Bill Malloy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Bill is currently the Director of Finance, Planning & Governance at the Equality and Human Rights Commission, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to that, they were the Director at ukaccountability.com starting from 2018. In 2018, they also served as the Head of Finance Strategy (Interim) at the Department for Exiting the EU. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as the Associate Director of Finance at the Disclosure and Barring Service DBS. Bill also has experience in the public sector, having served as the Chief Strategic Accountant at the Ministry of Defence from 2012 to 2017. Before that, they held roles such as the Head of Business Strategy & Improvement at Wiltshire Police (2011-2012), Head of Strategic Intelligence at Liverpool City Council (2006-2011), and Finance & Information Manager at Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council (2001-2005). Their earlier career includes positions like General Manager at Northern Wholesale Tools Ltd (2001) and Financial Controller at Christian Salvesen (1998-2000).

Bill Malloy has an MBA from the University of Chester and a BSc in Economics with Law from the University of Plymouth.
