Luis Alberto Sousa Lazaballet currently serves as the Community Lending Program Manager at the Solar and Energy Loan Fund, where responsibilities include community outreach and collaborating with energy contractors to facilitate loan programs. In addition to this role, Luis is a member of the 2024 Greater Orlando Steering Committee for Equality Florida, aiding in the organization of events in support of equality initiatives. Previous experience encompasses branch management at Self-Help Credit Union, board membership at Central Florida Community Arts, and various positions in lending and banking, including roles at Wells Fargo, Fifth Third Bank, and JPMorgan Chase. With a strong educational foundation in Counseling Psychology and Athletic Training/Sports Medicine from Manhattan University and Lees-McRae College, Luis is well-equipped to navigate diverse financial and community engagement landscapes.
