Amina Doherty

Vice President, People, Equity And Culture at Equality Fund

Amina Doherty is currently the Vice President, People, Equity, and Culture at Equality Fund and also serves as the Director of Women's Voice & Leadership - Caribbean. Amina is the Co-Founder of the Black Feminist Fund. Amina has held various roles at organizations such as AWID, The MATCH International Women's Fund, FRIDA | The Young Feminist Fund, and The Sigrid Rausing Trust, where Amina has contributed to advancing women's rights and gender justice through their work in grants management, strategic planning, and program coordination. Amina holds a Msc in Gender & Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in Political Science & Women's Studies from McGill University.
