Hephzi Pemberton

Hephzi Pemberton has a diverse and extensive work experience. Hephzi is currently the CEO & Founder of Honordex, a company that helps organizations understand and improve their social sustainability performance. Prior to this, they served as an Advisor at Supermums and a Business Advisor at Atlas Technologies. In 2018, they founded Equality Group, a company that focuses on transforming businesses with equality, diversity, and inclusion. Hephzi also has experience as a start-up angel investor and advisor to various companies, including CognitionX. In addition, they have served as a trustee for Resurgo Trust and Highway One Trust, both of which support positive change in areas like mental health and social justice. Hephzi co-founded and was the CEO of Kea Consultants, an executive search and advisory firm specialized in recruiting investment and management professionals in the alternative asset space. Hephzi started their career as an analyst at Lehman Brothers.

Hephzi Pemberton obtained a Master's degree in Development Economics and International Development from Greenwich University in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Literature and Language from the University of Oxford in 2004-2007.
