Claire Groh has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the areas of compliance, vendor management, project management, and strategic planning. Claire has worked in notable companies such as Equality Health, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, and Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC. Claire has a strong background in managing teams, overseeing critical enterprise projects, and leading key initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness within organizations. Claire also has a background in anti-money laundering investigations and compliance. Claire currently serves as the Chief of Staff at Equality Health and as the Assistant Varsity Girls Soccer Coach at Totino-Grace High School.
