Debora Ponce

Debora Ponce, MHA, MBA, currently serves as the Houston Market Practice Performance Manager at Equality Health since July 2023. Prior experiences include roles as the Director of Operations and Assistant Director of Operations at Spring Branch Community Health Center from October 2021 to June 2023. Debora also worked as the Nursing Operations Coordinator II at LBJ Hospital within the Harris Health System for a brief period in 2021, and as Rehabilitation Office Coordinator at Houston Methodist from November 2018 to April 2021. Additional roles included an Ambulatory Care Services Intern and a Patient Access Representative at various Harris Health System locations, as well as an internship with Harris County Medical Society. Debora Ponce holds an MHA/MBA in Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Behavioral Science from the University of Houston-Downtown.
