Mindy Rocha has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mindy has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in talent strategies, organization development, HR business partnering, executive recruitment, and sales management. Mindy worked as the Vice President of Talent Strategies at Equality Health, where they started in 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Organization Development at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota from 2022 to 2023. Mindy also held the position of Senior Director, HR Business Partners and Enterprise Employee Relations at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota from 2017 to 2022. From 2012 to 2017, they worked there as a Principal HR Business Partner. Mindy's experience also includes being a Talent Advisor at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota from 2010 to 2012. Prior to their time at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Mindy worked as a Senior Executive Recruiter at Express Employment Professionals International Headquarters from 2008 to 2010. Mindy also served as a Recruiting Manager, specializing in Accounting and Finance, at AMBRION from 2006 to 2008. Mindy began their career at Marshall Field & Company, where they held the position of Selling Manager from 1999 to 2005.
Mindy Rocha holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of North Dakota. Mindy has also obtained additional certifications, including a Qualified Administrator certification from IDI, LLC in 2022, and a Change Management for HR certification from the Human Capital Institute in 2020.
