Sandra Sanz has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Sandra is currently the Head of Product Design at Equals Money, where they have been since November 2021. Prior to this role, Sandra worked as a Lead Product Designer at Equals Money from June 2020 to January 2022. Sandra also served as a Lead UI Designer at Equals Money from September 2019 to June 2020.
Before joining Equals Money, Sandra worked at Neyber (part of the Salary Finance family) as a Senior UX/UI Designer from August 2018 to August 2019. In this role, they implemented an agile framework to enhance productivity and collaboration across tech design and marketing teams, ensuring alignment with business goals. Sandra conducted qualitative and quantitative research and user testing sessions to provide product improvement recommendations.
From September 2016 to March 2018, Sandra worked as a Visual Designer at Good&Co, Inc. in San Francisco. Sandra managed brand consistency, facilitated communication between offices in San Francisco and London, and collaborated with the data science team to create visualizations of complex datasets. Sandra also mentored a junior team member.
Sandra's prior experience includes roles as a Digital Designer at RP2 Global from August 2015 to August 2016, where they developed concepts for websites, media campaigns, and digital marketing. Sandra also worked as a Visual Designer at Dast Creative from June 2014 to August 2015, contributing to website and brand development projects. Additionally, Sandra served as a Designer at Camelot Elite from August 2012 to July 2014, where they played a key role in defining the company's brand and marketing.
Early in their career, Sandra worked as a Photographer and Graphic Designer at Fotofix from March 2007 to March 2011, and as an Advertising Photographer Assistant at Estudio tribeca from March 2006 to June 2006.
Sandra Sanz completed their education from 2004 to 2011, starting with a HNC Photography degree from Escuela Superior de Diseño de Madrid from 2004 to 2007. Sandra then pursued a Licentiate degree in Design from the same institution from 2007 to 2011. In 2007, they also completed a course in Technical Lighting from Empesa. Later, in 2013, Sandra attended the University of the Arts London for a short period to study Art direction. Additionally, in 2006, they studied Audiovisual Communications Technologies/Technicians at Empesa.
