Melina Obando Salas

Melina Obando Salas is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product and mobile UI design. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Cerebral and a Senior Mobile UI Designer at EQUALS TRUE, Melina focuses on enhancing user interaction and retention. Previous roles include Design Lead and Founding Designer at Akurey, where responsibilities encompassed managing a design team and supporting various operational facets. Melina began the career as a 2D Animation Professor at Universidad Creativa and has held positions as a Digital Animator and Multimedia Designer across multiple companies. Melina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Animation from Universidad LCI Veritas and has foundational education from Tecnológico de Costa Rica.
