Kris Jansen

Kris Jansen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Kris is currently employed at EQUANS as a Global Service Line Manager AI and Sales & Service. Prior to this role, they held the position of Global Service Line Manager - Digital Workplace, where they were responsible for the setup and management of the global service line for EQUANS, focusing on workplace management and O365.

Kris also has experience as a Partner/Co-founder at fl3xlab and as the Chief Information Officer & Digital at EQUANS BeLux. In these roles, they were in charge of the local IT and digital portfolio, including project portfolio management, architecture, and budgeting.

Before joining EQUANS, Kris served as the Chief Information Officer at Fabricom SA/NV, where they created and led the Business IT team. Kris was responsible for project and portfolio management, enterprise architecture, IT supplier and vendor management, and budget management.

Prior to Fabricom, Kris worked at ELECTRABEL ENGIE GROUP as a Delivery & Operations Manager - IS M&S BELUX, overseeing IT delivery activities and managing critical business service applications. Kris also co-founded Supple.TEAM and held roles at GDF SUEZ, Prosource Belgium, Fedict, and Eurocontrol.

Throughout their career, Kris has demonstrated expertise in IT management, project management, budgeting, and team leadership.

Kris Jansen completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering with a focus on Computer Sciences from KU Leuven, from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2002, Kris Jansen obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in ICT from Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen.
