Michael Schwery

Michael Schwery is an experienced professional in the building and construction industry, currently serving as the Head of BIM/VDS at EQUANS CH since October 2017. Prior to this role, Michael provided BIM consulting services at BIMCON GmbH in 2017 and held the position of Geschäftsführer at Rapp Gebäudetechnik AG from November 2013 to January 2017, following the transition of gb consult ag into Rapp Gebäudetechnik AG. Michael was part of the management team at gb consult ag from February 2010 until its rebranding in May 2014. Earlier in the career, Michael served as Area Sales Manager at ITEMA (Switzerland) Ltd and as Business Unit Manager for Textile in Latin America at Luwa, Inc. Academic qualifications include a CAS in Digitales Bauen from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland in 2016, a Dipl. Wirtschaftsingenieur FH from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, and a Dipl. Ing. FH in HVAC from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
