Alex Vincent

Alex Vincent (MCIPD) is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resource management. Currently serving as an HR Manager at EQUANS UK & Ireland since July 2021, Alex previously held the same position at ENGIE from May 2017 to July 2021. Prior to this, Alex contributed as a Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner at Newport City Council from August 2012 to May 2017, focusing on organisational change and collaboration with management on performance issues. Earlier roles include HR Officer at The Peacock Group from April 2004 to August 2012, where responsibilities included recruitment and management advisory on disciplinary matters, and Project Coordinator at Arts Training Wales. Alex holds an Employment Law Diploma from Cardiff University & Capital Law, an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of South Wales, and a BA in Business Studies with HRM from UWIC.
