Erika la Plante

Erika La Plante is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of California, Davis, and Co-Founder, Head of MRV, and Environmental Impact Assessment at Equatic.tech. Prior to their current roles, Erika held positions such as Assistant Professor at The University of Texas at Arlington and Assistant Project Scientist at the University of California, Los Angeles. Erika has a background in Earth and Environmental Sciences, holding a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of the Philippines. Erika's research and teaching experience include topics such as concrete materials, mineral reactivity, and environmental science.
