Alix de Carné Carnavalet

Alix de Carné Carnavalet has extensive experience in talent acquisition, talent development, and HR management across various industries. They currently hold the position of Global Director Talent Acquisition & DE&I at Equativ since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Group Talent Acquisition Director at Believe from 2020 to 2022. Before that, Alix worked at Ipsen, where they held the roles of Director Talent Acquisition & Talent Development - France from 2019 to 2020, and Manager Talent Acquisition and Talent Development from 2016 to 2019. In 2009, they served as an HR Business Partner at Boston Scientific, where they handled areas such as talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, and recruitment training. Alix also has experience as an HR/Training Coordinator at Saint-Gobain from 2008 to 2009, an HR Specialist at Devoteam in 2007, a Recruiter at Nexter from 2005 to 2006, and an HR Trainee at Groupe FLO from 2003 to 2004.

Alix de Carné Carnavalet holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from IGS-RH, which was obtained from 2004 to 2005. In addition to the master's degree, Alix has several certifications.
