Antoine Mesuré has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Antoine began their career as an HR Assistant at the Centre National d'Études Spatiales in 1998 and later worked as a Research Associate at Progress Associés from 2000 to 2004. Mesuré then joined ORSYP as the Director of Human Resources in 2004, where they had overall responsibility for the HR function of the group in multiple countries. During their tenure, they supported the company's strategic projects, including acquisitions and international development. Mesuré stayed with ORSYP until 2014 when they became the HR Director at Automic Software for a year.

In 2015, Mesuré moved on to Experis France as the Deputy HR Director before joining AXA in 2016 as the HR Director for AXA IT Corporate & Southern Europe. In this role, they had significant responsibilities such as managing HR operations for over 1,200 employees and supporting strategic projects like digital transformation, cloudification, and the merge with AXA Group Solution. Mesuré stayed with AXA until 2018 when they became the Chief HR Officer at Equativ. In this position, they contributed to the company's growth by leading HR initiatives for a scale-up of 580+ employees across multiple continents. Mesuré played a crucial role in acquisitions that accelerated Equativ's growth in CTV & OTT, US expansion, and Marketer Services.

Throughout their career, Mesuré has demonstrated expertise in various HR functions, including workforce planning, L&D, mobility policies, and flexible working environments. Their work experience showcases their strong leadership skills and ability to support and drive strategic initiatives in dynamic and challenging environments.

Antoine Mesuré pursued their education in a chronological order. Starting from 1993 to 1998, they attended Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) and obtained a Master 2 (M2) degree in Economics with a focus on Human Capital. Later on, in the year 2015 to 2016, Antoine studied at HEC Paris and obtained an Executive Master's degree in Strategic Management of Human Resources. Additionally, they acquired several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in various areas. These certifications include "Inclusive Leadership: The Power of Workplace Diversity" from the University of Colorado in December 2020, "Managing as a Coach" from the University of California, Davis in July 2019, "Diversity and inclusion in the workplace" from ESSEC Business School in October 2018, "Managing Talent" from the University of Michigan in October 2018, "People Analytics" from the University of Pennsylvania in October 2018, and "Réussir le Changement" from ESSEC Business School in August 2017.
