Elise Duchatel has a diverse work experience, starting as an Engagement Manager at Equiem in 2015. Elise progressed through various roles in client services and account management, eventually becoming the Head of Customer Success for North America. Prior to Equiem, Elise worked as a Marketing Manager at Nutrition Station in 2014.

Elise Duchatel completed their Bachelor's Degree in International Communication from Macquarie University in 2013. Elise also obtained certifications in Strategic Selling and Conceptual Selling Blended from Miller Heiman Group and in Property Industry Induction from Property Council Academy. In 2021, they obtained a certification in the Future Proof Course from Real Innovation Academy.
