Paul Heasley

Paul Heasley is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Equiem since May 2025, Paul previously held key roles at EQL as Software Engineering Manager, where significant contributions included scaling the engineering department and implementing innovative technologies. Paul has also been the Director of Software Engineering at Pluralsight, facilitating the technology transition during the acquisition of A Cloud Guru, where Paul worked as Engineering Manager. Additional experience spans positions at PageUp, Australian Unity, and NPS MedicineWise, where leadership and technical expertise were exemplified in various projects. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Auckland.
