Jagdish Narayanan

Jagdish Narayanan is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Equifax India since March 2024, Jagdish previously held the position of Chief Information Officer at Reliance Jio Payments Bank from May 2018 to February 2024. Earlier career roles include Head of IT at Aditya Birla Idea Payments Bank Ltd, Senior Vice President at Bank Of America Continuum India, and Vice President at Barclays Technology Centre. Jagdish’s foundational experience in technology leadership began at Citicorp Overseas Software Ltd/Polaris Software Lab Ltd, where responsibilities included overseeing cash management and payment technology teams. Jagdish holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Software Technology from the National Centre for Software Technology in Mumbai and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Mumbai University.
