Kristen T. Cook

Kristen T. Cook is a distinguished global executive with extensive experience in employee engagement, inclusion, and diversity. Currently serving as the Global Vice President of Engagement, Inclusion & Diversity at Equifax, Kristen is responsible for developing strategies and measurement indicators for 15,000 employees and advising senior leadership on business transformation aligned with corporate values. As co-founder of Community Connections since August 2023, Kristen focuses on fostering understanding and belonging within diverse communities. Prior roles include Inclusion Lead at McKesson, where Kristen consulted on employee engagement and culture transformation, and Human Resources roles at Ricoh Americas Corporation, Verizon Wireless, and Target, showcasing a strong background in human resources, diversity program management, and organizational effectiveness.
