Maikol Araya

Maikol Araya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product ownership and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Product Owner (RPA/AI) - Manager at Equifax, Maikol leads a team to deliver innovative Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence solutions while aligning efforts with organizational objectives. Previously, as the Co-founder and CEO of Creativería, Maikol successfully grew the company from its inception to a robust team of 22 consultants, achieving significant sales and EBITDA growth. Additional experience includes creating an iOS Mobile App Development course at Universidad Cenfotec and serving as a Technical Lead and Scrum Master at Grupo Electrotécnica. Maikol holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tecnológico de Costa Rica and a Master’s degree in Interaction Design from Universidad LCI Veritas, alongside a Técnico en Fotografía Digital.
