Neha Chaudhary

Neha Chaudhary is an experienced IT professional with a focus on software release management and production support. Currently serving as a Tech Lead at Equifax since July 2017, Neha coordinates and oversees software release activities, ensuring compliance with ITIL Change Management processes. Prior to this role, Neha worked at AT&T for nearly five years in various positions, including Build/Release Engineer/Manager and Sr. Production Support Engineer, where responsibilities included managing software releases and maintaining production environments. Neha began the career as a Technical Associate at Tech Mahindra, providing production support for critical applications. Neha holds an Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Communications from the College of Technology, Pantnagar, earned in 2008.
