Sourav Chatterjee currently serves as Strategic HRBP at Equifax, leading HRBP functions for the Global Capability Center since January 2025, focusing on organizational design, leadership development, succession planning, and cultural initiatives. Sourav's educational qualifications include an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Organisation Development & Change from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and an EDPLLM in Labour Law from XLRI Jamshedpur, alongside a PGDBM in HR and a B.Com (Hons) degree.
