Customer Success Manager at Equifund

Natasha Blackley has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Natasha began their career as a Front Desk Attendant at Econolodge, where they were responsible for maintaining a clean lobby and hotel, checking people in and out, and handling guest concerns. In 2017, they worked as a Medical/Legal Administrative Assistant at the Correctional Service of Canada, where they maintained inmate healthcare files and used computer software to accurately record inmate health care data. That same year, they also worked as a Group Fitness Instructor at FULL CIRCLE HEALTH and YMCA of Kingston. In 2018, they worked as a Medical Assistant at Dr. Oliva-Custic and as a Guest Services Specialist at The Ottawa Skin Clinic. In 2019, they worked as a Medical Administration at Medical Care Clinic and as a Yoga Instructor at Inner Energy Studio. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Manager at Equifund and as an Energy Healer & Life Coach.

Natasha Blackley has a diverse educational background. Natasha completed an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) at Bishop Smith Catholic High School from 2002-2006. Natasha then attended the University of Ottawa from 2006-2010, where they earned a degree in Social Sciences with a field of study in Sociology. In 2014, they attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, where they achieved a Nursing Unit Clerk Certification. From 2015-2017, Natasha attended St. Lawrence College, where they earned a Business Office Administration degree in Legal and Health Services, a Medical Office Administration degree in Medical Office Management/Administration, and a Legal Office Administration degree in Legal Administrative Assistant/Secretary. Additionally, Natasha has obtained a CPR Level C certification.
