Steve Lessaris

Steve Lessaris has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Steve currently holds the position of Corporate Governance Specialist at Equilar, starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Managing Partner at KASL Real Estate Partners since January 2019.

From January 2020 to March 2022, Steve served as the Regional Vice President of Acquisitions at Landmark Dividend LLC, where they managed a national acquisition team and was responsible for team production quotas and key performance indicator (KPI) achievement. Before this role, they were the Vice President of Acquisitions at Landmark Dividend LLC from March 2019 to January 2020.

In 2017, Steve worked as a Broker at Marcus & Millichap Commercial Real Estate Investment Services, and from 2016 to 2017, they served as a Senior Associate at The Overture Group, LLC, a search and compensation firm for finance, accounting, HR, operations, and technology professionals.

Steve began their career in 2014 as a Client Development Manager at The Jacobson Group, before transitioning to Groupon in 2012, where they worked in internal sales. As part of this role, they consistently achieved metrics for contacting and managing a book of over 350 businesses in the Pittsburgh market, generating significant revenue using SalesForce CRM.

In addition to their professional experience, Steve also served as the President of the Student Body at Illinois Wesleyan Student Senate in 2011.

From 2009 to 2012, Steve Lessaris attended Illinois Wesleyan University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
