Avery Pagan is an Associate of Equilibrium’s Investor Network team. She supports capital raising and investor relations across strategies.
Avery began her career as a Global Banking & Brokerage Consultant at FactSet Research Systems, where she managed a $7M book of enterprise accounts and published market research on topics like China’s food supply crisis and rare earth metals.
She went on to lead the capital introduction vertical at SumZero, an investment research and capital raising platform for alternative asset managers where she fostered a digital community of fund managers and institutional LPs, and catalyzed over $500M in member-attributed allocations.
Prior to Equilibrium, Avery followed her intersectional interests to the agricultural tech space as Chief of Staff to the CEO of Farmshelf, a Brooklyn-based start-up building smart indoor farming systems. She played an integral role in their Series A fundraise, internal operations, business development, communications, and hiring, as well as the closing of strategic investment from Compass Group, the largest corporate food service company in the world.
Avery earned her B.A. in History and Public Health from Williams College.
In her spare time, Avery enjoys backpacking, skiing, reading, and grabbing a karaoke mic.
