Jed Sherwindt

Jed is an Advisor of Equilibrium’s Controlled Environment and Foods strategy. His primary responsibilities are for pipeline development in emerging controlled environment agriculture segments.

Prior to joining Equilibrium, Jed was a Senior Managing Director with Evercore Partners, a boutique investment bank focused on providing M&A advisory services. He was also a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division at Citigroup and began his investment banking career at Credit Suisse First Boston.

Jed holds a Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
