Construction & Facilities Manager at Equilibrium Capital

Mark joins Equilibrium Capital as a Construction and Facilities Manager for the Controlled Environmental Foods Funds and will be charged with managing maintenance and improvement of existing asset facilities, in addition to new asset development and project delivery.

Prior to Equilibrium, Mark spent 7 years with a Turner Construction building complex commercial improvements for high profile developers in Portland, Oregon. Specializing in renovations, Mark has been heavily involved with implementing innovative construction methodologies to accomplish the goals of clients and stakeholders, while prioritizing integrity and service to the community. Most recently, Mark was responsible for building over 70 phases of construction in an active hospital while maintaining critical hospital operations. Throughout his time as a General Contractor, Mark was responsible for managing over $40M in scope while successfully capitalizing on schedule acceleration and client savings opportunities.

Mark graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering Management. In addition to his degree, Mark was awarded his LEED certification as an Accredited Professional in Building Design + Construction.
