Kevin McEntee

Kevin McEntee has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Kevin is currently the SVP and Head of Engineering at Equilibrium Energy since 2023. Prior to that, Kevin worked at Google from 2020 to 2023 as the Senior Director of Engineering, Google Cloud. In this role, they led software engineering for the Google Cloud Console and developed the Active Assist machine learning program. Before joining Google, Kevin served as a Strategic Advisor at POPS Worldwide from 2018 to 2020, providing guidance on business strategy and technology development. Kevin also worked as a Principal at McEntee Systems Consulting from 2018 to 2020. Earlier in their career, Kevin held leadership positions at Netflix, including Vice President of Digital Supply Chain and Vice President of ECommerce and Systems Engineering. Kevin played a crucial role in Netflix's growth, leading initiatives to improve streaming quality, expand localization efforts, and establish standards for content delivery. Kevin has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Goodbyte Inc and Netscape and served as an Advisor for the Industry Advisory Board at Cal Poly (San Luis Obispo) Computer Science Department. Kevin McEntee attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1983 to 1988. Kevin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
