Christopher Ryan

Christopher Ryan has over 10 years of experience in software development. Christopher has worked as a Java team lead Developer at Equiniti since 2021. Prior to that, they were a Senior Java Developer at Hargreaves Lansdown from 2018 to 2021. In this role, they were part of an emergency team that designed and implemented integration with a card payment provider. Christopher also created an internal RestApi for card payments and integrated with the payment provider's API. Before that, Christopher worked as a Java Developer at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence from 2015 to 2018, where they worked on Agile teams and was involved in projects related to Big Data. Christopher also worked independently on a challenging customer project. Additionally, they worked as a DJ at Lost In Music Discos from 2003 to 2016. Prior to that, they were a Java Developer at Quindell Enterprise Technology Solutions from 2013 to 2015, where they developed insurance claims and policy software solutions. Christopher began their career as a Java Support Developer at Perform from 2011 to 2013, where they developed and maintained monitoring, reporting, and support tools, and resolved live technical issues.

Christopher Ryan completed their A levels in Maths, Physics, IT, and Accountancy at Sutton Coldfield College from 2004 to 2006. Christopher then pursued a Master's degree in Physics at The University of Sheffield from 2006 to 2010.
