Craig Britten

Craig Britten has over 25 years of work experience in various IT roles. Craig started their career in 1993 as a Technical Support Consultant at Aquarium Technology. Craig then worked as a Document Imaging Specialist at Unidata and later as a Support Consultant at Laser Facilities.

In 1996, Craig joined Global Technologies BI (formerly Symmetry Software) as an Enterprise Customer Management Systems Specialist. Craig worked there until 2000 when they started working as a Business Analyst and Project Liaison at Ovations Technologies.

In 2001, Craig joined enterpriseIQ as an IT Manager/Project Associate. Craig developed a prototype Scorecard tool and implemented a CRM system to assist the marketing function. Craig worked at enterpriseIQ until 2007.

From 2008 to 2009, Craig worked as a Project and QA Manager at Global Environmental Services. Craig developed their product offering and implemented a key test site with a Provincial Water board.

In 2009, Craig became an Independent IT Consultant. Craig achieved repeat business and streamlined IT infrastructure for clients.

From 2010 to 2011, Craig worked as an Independent IT Consultant at Optistar Technology Consultants. Craig'sresponsibilities included providing IT management and infrastructure to businesses, growing the client base, and proposing suitable software and hardware solutions.

In 2011, Craig joined Equiniti as a Solutions Consultant. Craig later became a Senior Solutions Consultant and finally the Solutions Delivery Team Lead. Craig spearheaded the global roll-out of a standardized complaints management system and managed the implementation of Equiniti Charter's next-generation product for an existing customer.

Craig Britten completed a Diploma in Management from The Open University in 2009-2010. In 2008, they obtained a PRINCE 2 certification in Project Management from Cupe. Craig also studied Management at The Open University from 2006-2007, but did not receive a degree. In 1999, they received an MCSE certification in IT from ISU. In 1991, they obtained a diploma in IT from Van Zyl & Pritchard. Lastly, they completed their high school education at Bryanston High School from 1981-1985.
