Jason Hayes is an experienced executive with a robust background in operational leadership and IT management within the pension solutions sector. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and IT Director of EQ Paymaster at Equiniti since April 2009, Jason oversees approximately 1,500 staff across multiple countries, directing operational service delivery and IT products. Prior roles include IT Director, where responsibilities involved managing a team of around 350 staff, and Product Management Director, focusing on the product roadmap for the Pension Solutions Division.
