Washington Carter

Washington Carter, MBA, MS has extensive experience in procurement and telecommunications. Washington is the current Director of Global Procurement at Equiniti since June 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of VP and Head of Procurement for USA and Canada at American Stock Transfer & Trust Company from December 2015. Before that, they worked at Siemens as a Project Procurement Manager from October 2011 to December 2015, a Project Manager from August 2009 to October 2011, and a Product Engineer from October 2005 to August 2009. Washington started their career as a Telecommunications Engineer at Conversent Communication from October 2000 to November 2005 and later worked as a Telecommunications/IT Engineer at Lucent Technologies from April 1998 to October 2000.

Washington Carter has a Master of Science (MS) in Business Analytics from Boston University, obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 2002. In 2010 to 2013, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Finance at the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
