Abdullah Shakeel

Abdullah Shakeel possesses extensive experience in data center operations and customer support, currently serving in IBX Customer Operations at Equinix since July 2023, where expertise includes managing customer equipment in critical environments and interpreting technical drawings. Previous roles include Datacenter Specialist at edara, focusing on service management and client representation, and Datacenter Technician II at New York University Abu Dhabi, responsible for facility management and IT services monitoring. Abdullah also has a background as a Datacenter Technician at High Power Services LLC, supporting major clients and holding a Certified DataCenter Technician Professional certification, along with NEBOSH IGC.
