Darryl Metcalfe Mrics

Darryl Metcalfe MRICS is an experienced Senior Commercial Manager for EMEA at Equinix, overseeing commercial management of digital infrastructure projects within Data Centers across Central EMEA since June 2022. Prior to this role, Darryl held multiple positions at Turner & Townsend from June 2014 to June 2022, including Associate Director in cost management, where responsibilities encompassed the management of a portfolio valued at approximately $500M and leading around 250 active projects per annum. Earlier in the career, Darryl worked in various cost management roles and gained practical construction experience as a bricklayer and stonemason. Educational qualifications include a BSc (Honours) in Quantity Surveying from Northumbria University and NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Trowel Occupations.
