Janna W. Rider is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in various prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Internal and Executive Communications Lead for Revenue Operations and Marketing at Equinix, Janna previously acted as a Communications Consultant at Blue Beyond Consulting, collaborating with senior leaders on communication strategies and corporate culture enhancement. At EY, Janna held multiple roles including Deputy Communication Leader for the Global Assurance practice and Internal Communication Leader for People Advisory Services, where significant contributions were made to employee engagement and communication strategies. Prior to EY, Janna was a Senior Marketing Specialist at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates, and also held communication roles at United Communications Group, gaining recognition for editorial excellence.
