Jonathan Guadliana

Jonathan Guadliana has served in various roles at Equinix since September 2009, currently holding the position of Senior Manager, Business Analysts. Responsibilities include overseeing business process changes, product initiatives, and policy implementation for IBX Operations, as well as supporting the Data Center Services organization in logistics improvement and customer feedback strategies. Jonathan has progressively advanced through multiple managerial positions within IBX Operations, with experience supervising teams and managing personnel at multiple data center locations. Prior to Equinix, Jonathan worked as an Operations Specialist in the U.S. Coast Guard from October 1999 to October 2008, serving as Local Systems Manager. Jonathan holds a High School Diploma from Lowville High School, obtained in July 1999.
