Maggie Paige

Maggie Paige serves as the Vice President of Legal, Corporate & Governance at Equinix since January 2006, overseeing matters related to public company corporate securities and governance. Responsibilities include managing public offerings, ensuring SEC compliance, organizing annual stockholder meetings, supporting Board activities, and implementing corporate governance policies. Prior to this role, Maggie Paige held senior legal positions at Gunderson Dettmer, where representation of public and private companies in fundraising and M&A transactions was a key focus.
